A plain cross is centre in the sanctuary. In a reformed church this is always without the figure of Christ as the focus is that Christ is risen. There is hope not despair and joy not sorrow. On the left is the banner denoting the current season. Front left is the pulpit where the preacher stands. In front is the communion table again adorned with a plain cross. Candles are used to signify the spiritual significance of light.
Walk to the front and turn left. Walk into the western transept.
