Funerals

Everyone dies. It is one of the great truths of life - it comes to an end. When it does, a well-conducted Christian funeral service is able to offer hope to all those who mourn.

A Christian funeral service has four purposes:

  • to witness to God's faithfulness in life and death;
  • to thank God for the life of the deceased person;
  • to comfort those who are mourning;
  • to dispose reverently of the body.

Only after the final disposal of the body is the funeral concluded.
